The Healthcare & Medical Sciences (HMS) Division of RMPL is headed by Dr Ajinkya Raverkar, a young, dynamic, and passionate ENT Specialist committed to providing accessible, affordable, and high-quality healthcare.
Driven by a constant pursuit of clinical excellence, he continuously explores advanced surgical techniques, emerging medical technologies, and new clinical skills to improve patient outcomes. His patient-centric approach combines scientific evidence, professional competence, compassion, and ethical medical practice.
His vision is to develop the HMS Division as a platform where advanced medical care remains accessible and patient welfare always comes first.

The Process Technology & Solutions (PTS) Division is headed by Mr Ajay Raverkar, a passionate Chemical Engineer from NIT and a Bachelor of Science graduate from Indore University, with more than three decades of hands-on industrial experience in the design, development, scale-up, establishment, and operation of chemical processes.
His experience spans diverse and challenging process technologies, including high-temperature vapour-phase alkylation, vapour-phase cyclisation, high-pressure hydrolysis, hydrogenation, oxidation, and telomerization, among others. His work has consistently focused on translating chemistry into safe, scalable, efficient, and commercially viable manufacturing processes.
Flow chemistry and process intensification are areas of particular interest to him. His development of prototype multipurpose flow-processing systems reflects his vision of simplifying complex and hazardous conventional processes and transforming them into safer, intensified, controllable, and scalable manufacturing technologies.
A constant learner, Ajay has developed a strong professional network of experienced scientists, engineers, academicians, and industry specialists from reputed institutions and organisations. Many of these professionals share a common desire to give back to industry by making their accumulated knowledge and experience accessible to the next generation of Indian manufacturing enterprises.
Through RMPL–PTS, his vision is to bring this collective experience together and help Indian industry achieve safer processes, stronger engineering, technological self-reliance, and sustainable manufacturing excellence.
